  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup vegan feta
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 23 tablespoons water

Pasta

  • 1 cup reserved pasta water
  • 16 oz pasta (I used spaghetti)

Serving

  • Fresh basil
  • Lemon zest
