Vegan Parmesan Cheese Topping

January 17, 2022 by kindrootsfood 2 Comments

This Vegan Parmesan Cheese Topping is truly easy, so quick, and only takes 4 ingredients. All that’s needed is raw cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt and a food processor or high speed blender. It’s as easy as throwing all the ingredients into your food processor or blender and blitzing until it reaches a fine texture. And that’s it! Store it in a jar and it’s ready to use all month!

You can make a large batch of it to have on hand for all your “cheesy” needs because it stays fresh for up to a month. Ours rarely lasts a full month though because I find myself throwing it on just about everything – pizza, pasta, salad, popcorn… the options are endless! It will add a delicious savory flavor and texture to just about anything.
